We are looking to hire a Singapore-qualified lawyer for the position of Counsel / Associate Director, joining a team that regularly acts for enterprises and private clients on commercial and property disputes, private client matters, and international arbitration. The team handles a broad range of disputes, both domestic and cross-border, representing clients at every stage, from early advice and strategy through to negotiation, mediation, litigation, and arbitration.
We are looking for someone of good character, with the capacity to manage a demanding caseload and the technical competence to match. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, comfortable collaborating across practice areas, and ready to take on a leadership role — mentoring and developing junior members of the team.
Requirements
Singapore-qualified lawyer
6 – 10 years of post-qualification experience

In recent years, the firm had expanded the legal services it offers to include capital markets, corporate and commercial matters. In 2025, asialaw described the firm’s corporate and M&A practice as “rapidly growing” and the firm’s capital markets team has also been described as “having demonstrated its ability to navigate complex regulatory requirements and facilitate successful fundraising exercises for clients”.
We are looking to hire a Singapore-qualified Associate/Counsel to join our Capital Markets/Mergers & Acquisitions team.
The ideal candidate will have (a) worked on a range of corporate and/or capital markets transactions, including public and private mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments, IPOs, placements and rights issues; and (b) familiarity with SGX listing rules.
The role will also involve providing legal advisory on general commercial contracts and a broad range of transactions including placements, rights issues, continuing SGX listing requirements; corporate disclosure and corporate governance, capital and corporate restructuring, and employee share schemes.
Requirements
Singapore qualified lawyer with at least 2 to 6 years post-qualification experience.
Experience in general transactional and corporate matters.
Familiarity with SGX listing rules.
Sound foundation in legal knowledge, communication and drafting skills.
Possess initiative, drive and commercial acumen, and can work well both independently and in a team.

We are looking to hire for the position of Paralegal / Legal Executive for a team who regularly serves enterprises and private clients, handling disputes, advisory, and transactional work, with sector and practice area focus in technology, finance, intellectual property, and employment.
The candidate will assist and provide a range of legal and administrative support to the team, including:
Conducting legal research under the supervision of a lawyer
Drafting correspondence to other law firms, parties, or the Courts
Drafting, proofreading, and/or preparing legal documents such as pleadings, affidavits, bundle of documents, bundle of authorities, etc
Filing of court documents and transactions on eLitigation, ICMS, and other electronic filing systems
Co-ordinating administrative activities in relation to client matters
